The Complete Suite
One wedding.One paper language.
Premium wedding stationery is not a stack of separate cards — it is a single visual language spoken across every printed piece of your celebration. From the first save the date to the last favour tag, StationeryWalaa designs the entire suite as one composition, so your wedding feels considered at every touchpoint.

01 · The Craft
Why a suite,
not separate cards.
When each piece of stationery is commissioned from a different vendor, the wedding tells eight small stories instead of one great one. A coordinated suite fixes that. The monogram on your invitation reappears on the welcome sign; the florals from the save the date bloom again on the dinner menu; the palette holds from the first envelope to the last thank-you note.
Guests rarely articulate why such weddings feel more luxurious — but they feel it. Consistency is the quietest form of luxury, and it is only possible when one studio designs everything.
That is how we work: one design team, one illustration language, one paper story — developed in consultation with you and carried through every piece we print.
02 · The Craft
Materials chosen
like couture fabric.
Paper is to stationery what fabric is to couture. We stock cotton-rag papers with visible tooth, smooth museum boards, handmade deckle-edged sheets, translucent vellums, metallic and pearlescent stocks, and coloured papers dyed through the sheet rather than printed on the surface.
Each piece in the suite receives the stock that suits its job — a stiff 600 GSM duplex for the invitation, soft translucent vellum for wraps, tear-resistant board for welcome signage that stands outdoors, and compact 300 GSM cards for tags that must be tied by hand.
Finishing follows the same logic: foil where light should catch, letterpress where fingers will linger, die-cutting where a silhouette can say more than a border.

Everything printed for your wedding: save the date cards, invitation suites, itinerary cards, welcome signs, hamper and luggage tags, tent cards, place cards, menus, programmes, favour tags and thank-you notes — all designed in one coordinated visual language.
Yes. Many couples start with the invitation and add day-of pieces later. Because we archive your artwork, monogram and palette, later pieces always match perfectly — even months apart.
By consultation. We quote each suite individually based on the number of pieces, quantities, papers and finishes. Commissioning multiple pieces together is typically more economical than ordering them separately, and you receive one written quote covering everything.
A full suite usually runs 4–8 weeks from consultation to final dispatch, produced in stages so early pieces like save the dates ship first. Day-of stationery is finalised closest to the wedding, after seating and menus are locked.
Routinely. We work from your planner's decor boards, match Pantone references from your outfit designers, and ship signage and place cards directly to the venue with labelled installation notes.
Yes — English alongside Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil and more. Bilingual suites are a speciality for NRI weddings where two families read in two scripts.
Yes, to 200+ countries with full tracking via DHL Express, FedEx, Blue Dart and DTDC. We can also split shipments — invitations to the USA, signage to the Indian venue — under one commission.
