The Grand Arrival
Invitations that arrivelike gifts.
A wedding invitation box changes the very first moment of your wedding — the opening. Instead of an envelope, guests receive a rigid, silk-lined box with your monogram foiled on the lid; inside, the invitation suite is arranged like a keepsake. StationeryWalaa builds each box from scratch, sized to your suite and your story.

01 · The Craft
The unboxing
is the invitation.
Ask any guest which invitation they remember, and they will describe an opening: lifting a magnetic lid, sliding a drawer, untying a ribbon. Boxed invitations work because they choreograph that moment — anticipation, reveal, and a suite presented in deliberate order.
We design that choreography piece by piece. The lid carries the monogram; a vellum leaf lifts to reveal the main invitation; event cards sit in a fanned pocket; and beneath them, a hidden layer can hold favours — dry fruits, chocolates, a candle, an itinerary scroll.
Because everything is made in one studio, the box, the papers inside it and the wax seal that closes it speak a single design language.
02 · The Craft
Constructions,
materials, finishes.
Our boxes are built on rigid greyboard cores wrapped in premium coverings — soft-touch papers, linen and silk textures, velvet and leatherette. Structures include top-lid boxes, magnetic-closure books, sliding drawers, gatefold clamshells and hamper trays for edible gifting.
Lids and interiors take foil stamping, embossing, laser-cut windows and printed linings. Interiors are fitted with satin beds, ribbon pulls and die-cut cradles that hold every insert in place through a courier journey.
For destination and NRI weddings, we engineer the packing as carefully as the box: crush-resistant outer cartons and tracked express shipping so a box opened in New Jersey looks exactly as it left Noida.

A rigid, decorated box that replaces the traditional envelope. It holds the invitation suite — main card, event inserts, notes — and often favours like sweets or dry fruits. The box itself is designed as part of the invitation, with foiled monograms, silk linings and a planned unboxing sequence.
By consultation, individually for each commission. Structure, covering material, foiling, interior fittings, contents and quantity all shape the quote. Tell us your guest count and vision on WhatsApp and we'll send a written custom quote — no fixed price list exists because no two boxes are the same.
Yes. We engineer crush-resistant outer packing for every boxed order and ship via tracked express couriers — DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart. Boxed suites regularly reach the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and UAE in the condition they left the studio.
Rarely. Most couples send boxes to family, elders and VIP guests, with a matching flat printed suite for the wider list. Both are designed together so every guest receives the same visual story.
Yes — we build compartments and trays for dry fruits, chocolates, mithai, candles and attar, and can coordinate food-safe inner packaging. Edible contents for international shipments are advised case by case based on destination customs rules.
Plan for 5–7 weeks: design and prototyping in the first two, hand assembly in the following two to three, then delivery. Boxes are hand-built, so quantities above a few hundred appreciate earlier starts.
Completely — many acrylic commissions live inside a custom box, and every box we build carries the suite's monogram, palette and artwork. One studio, one language.
