The Guest's Compass
Itineraries guestsactually keep.
An Indian wedding is a festival — three days, six events, two venues, one confused guest without a map. Wedding itinerary cards solve this beautifully: hand-illustrated timelines that tell guests where to be, when, and in what colour, while doubling as keepsakes of the celebration. StationeryWalaa designs each itinerary from scratch around your exact schedule.

01 · The Craft
Information,
composed like art.
The itinerary is the hardest-working piece of wedding stationery: it must hold events, times, venues, dress codes and travel notes — and still look like it belongs beside your invitation. We treat that as a composition problem, not a list problem.
Each event gets an illustrated moment: marigolds for haldi, a dhol for sangeet, a mandap for the pheras. Timelines curve around artwork; dress codes appear as tiny painted swatches; venue changes come with hand-drawn maps. Guests read it because it rewards reading.
The result belongs to your wedding alone, drawn in the same illustration language as your invitation suite.
02 · The Craft
Formats for
every celebration.
Flat itinerary cards suit tidy two-event weddings; multi-day celebrations open richer formats. Accordion folds reveal one event per panel. Ribbon-bound booklets give each day a page. Scrolls unroll ceremonially from tubes in welcome hampers. Fan itineraries cool guests at outdoor ceremonies while telling them what's next.
Our signature couple-cutout itineraries — die-cut illustrated figures of the two of you, dressed for each event — have travelled to weddings on four continents and remain the piece guests photograph most.
Most itineraries live inside welcome hampers alongside luggage tags and welcome notes, so we design and deliver them as one coordinated hospitality set.

A designed schedule of your wedding's events — times, venues, dress codes and travel notes — printed as a card, booklet, scroll or fan. It guides guests through multi-day celebrations and doubles as a keepsake of the wedding.
Most commonly on arrival, inside welcome hampers or at hotel check-in. Destination weddings sometimes mail itineraries with the invitation. We advise timing based on your guest flow during consultation.
Yes — we deliberately schedule itinerary printing later than the rest of your suite, locking artwork early and timings late. Small changes right up to the print date are usually absorbed without redesign.
Always, when commissioned with us — the same monogram, palette and illustration style flow from your invitation into the itinerary, welcome signs and every hospitality piece.
Per commission, after a free consultation. Format, illustration detail, size and quantity shape the quote — a flat card and a ribbon-bound booklet are naturally different undertakings. You receive one written custom quote on WhatsApp.
Yes — we ship worldwide with tracking, and can send directly to your planner or venue so hampers are assembled on-site. Udaipur to Dubai to Tuscany, the itinerary arrives before the guests do.
